Requirements:

1. Original and Photocopy of valid National Passport and still valid for at least 6 (six) months;
2. Copy of Identity (Identity Card / Alien Resident Certificate);
3. Guarantee Letter from the Guarantor (Corporation/ Hotel/ Travel Agency); Download
4. Copy of Guarantor’s ID;
5. Proof of having living expenses while in Indonesian territory (Savings Bank Account, Bank Statement in applicant/guarantor name showing balance of account for at least USD $2000 or equivalent in the last three months);
6. Return ticket or onward ticket to continue the trip to another country;
7. Evidence of having received the full dose of the Covid-19 vaccine;
8. Submit a signed statement of comply to all applicable health protocols in Indonesia;
9. Proof of ownership of health insurance/travel insurance which includes health financing, and/or a statement letter willing to pay independently if affected by Covid-19 while in Indonesia; Download

11. Color photo with white background, 1 (one) sheet size 3x4cm.

PENGAJUAN VISA KUNJUNGAN di KDEI TAIPEI
Persyaratan:

1. Asli dan Fotokopi, Paspor Kebangsaan yang sah dan masih berlaku paling singkat 6 (enam) bulan;
2. Fotokopi Identitas Diri (Identity Card / Alien Resident Certificate);
3. Surat Penjamin dari Penjamin (Korporasi/ Hotel/ Travel Biro Perjalanan); Download
4. Fotokopi Identitas Diri Penjamin (Kartu Tanda Penduduk);
5. Bukti memiliki biaya hidup selama berada di wilayah Indonesia (Rekening koran, buku tabungan, atau deposito 3 (tiga) bulan terakhir milik orang asing atau penjamin dengan jumlah sekurang-kurangnya USD 2000 (dua ribu dolar Amerika) atau setara);
6. Tiket kembali atau tiket terusan untuk melanjutkan perjalanan ke Negara lain;
7. Bukti telah menerima vaksin Covid-19 dosis lengkap;
8. Surat pernyataan bersedia mematuhi seluruh protokol kesehatan yang berlaku di Indonesia;
9. Bukti kepemilikan asuransi kesehatan/ asuransi perjalanan yang mencakup pembiayaan kesehatan, dan/atau surat pernyataan bersedia membayar secara mandiri apabila terdampak Covid-19 selama di Indonesia; Download
